1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using MASTER IT TCG, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What MASTER IT TCG provides

MASTER IT TCG is a trading card collection companion designed to help users track sets, mark owned cards and card variants, maintain chase cards, and connect with other collectors through social features such as friends and profile viewing.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs using your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

4. Premium access

Access to the app's collection features requires an active Premium entitlement, which may come from a subscription, an eligible trial, or a complimentary grant. Creating an account does not itself provide ongoing free access to collection features.

If Premium expires, your sets and collection are locked until access is restored. You can still sign in to renew or restore a purchase. Expiry does not immediately delete your account or cancel a subscription. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Premium is available through monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions in the Apple App Store. The price, currency, billing period, and any introductory offer for your selected plan are shown before you confirm your purchase.

• An introductory free trial may be available to eligible customers. Trial availability and eligibility are determined by the App Store and may differ by account, plan, or region. When a trial ends, the selected subscription renews at the price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable price unless canceled before the next renewal date in your Apple account settings. App Store pricing and taxes may change; the store's purchase screen shows the terms that apply to your transaction.
• Billing and any available refunds are handled under Apple's policies.

6. Cancelling subscriptions

Manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple account settings. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Deleting the app or your MASTER IT TCG account does not itself cancel your subscription.

7. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your MASTER IT TCG account through the app or website where available.

• When your account is deleted, we aim to remove your profile and associated app data from active systems, subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements.
• Deleting your MASTER IT TCG account removes your access to the service and your app data, but it does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple.
• To avoid future renewal charges, you must also cancel the subscription in your Apple account before the renewal date.

8. Collection data, scanning, and prices

We try to keep collection data, card information, and feature availability accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all data will always be complete, current, or error-free.

The card scanner uses printed details to suggest a catalogue match. It may fail to identify a card or select the wrong one. With Auto-add enabled, a newly recognized card can be added to your collection automatically; with Auto-add disabled, you can review it first. Please check and correct your collection records. Cards already marked as owned are not added again.

Prices shown on card pages or after a scan are third-party market reference figures, not appraisals or guaranteed sale prices. They may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate. Currency conversions, card condition, variant, grading, and where you buy or sell can all affect an actual price.

Premium expiry locks collection access. Collection data may later be permanently removed from inactive accounts; where available, the app displays a scheduled deletion date. Account deletion is a separate action.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access,
• interfere with the normal operation or security of the app or website,
• use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes,
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

10. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MASTER IT TCG if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or created risk to the platform or other users.

11. Disclaimers

MASTER IT TCG is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every specific need.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MASTER IT TCG and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means the updated terms will apply going forward.

14. Privacy

Your use of MASTER IT TCG is also governed by our Privacy Policy. It explains the optional advertising measurement and your device permission choices.
