1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using MASTER IT TCG, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What MASTER IT TCG provides

MASTER IT TCG is a trading card collection companion designed to help users track sets, mark owned cards and card variants, maintain chase cards, and connect with other collectors through social features such as friends and profile viewing.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs using your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

4. Free and premium access

MASTER IT TCG may offer both free and paid access levels.

• Free access may include limited collection tracking, such as tracking a single active set.
• Premium access may include expanded functionality, such as tracking multiple or unlimited sets and other premium features.

We may update, improve, or change features over time.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Premium access may be sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other supported platforms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date through the platform from which the subscription was purchased.
• Subscription pricing, billing periods, renewal timing, and taxes are determined by the applicable app store or payment platform.
• Refunds, where available, are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

6. Cancelling subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must manage and cancel that subscription through your Apple or Google account settings, as applicable.

Deleting the app from your device does not itself cancel your subscription.

7. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your MASTER IT TCG account through the app or website where available.

• When your account is deleted, we aim to remove your profile and associated app data from active systems, subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements.
• Deleting your MASTER IT TCG account removes your access to the service and your app data, but it does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google Play.
• To avoid future renewal charges, you must also cancel the subscription in the relevant app store account before the renewal date.

8. Collection data and availability

We try to keep collection data, card information, and feature availability accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all data will always be complete, current, or error-free.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access,
• interfere with the normal operation or security of the app or website,
• use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes,
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

10. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MASTER IT TCG if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or created risk to the platform or other users.

11. Disclaimers

MASTER IT TCG is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every specific need.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MASTER IT TCG and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means the updated terms will apply going forward.

14. Privacy

Your use of MASTER IT TCG is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
